Storage maker EMC acquires IT services firm Internosis.
Information management and storage provider EMC
today announced it has acquired Internosis
, a privately held IT services firm based in Greenbelt,
Md., which specializes in IT strategy, application development,
IT infrastructure and managed services for Microsoft environments.
The move helps extend EMC's capabilities to build and deliver integrated
solutions around application infrastructure. Internosis will become
EMC Microsoft Practice within EMC Technology Solutions, EMC's professional
services organization, and its services will be marketed and sold
primarily through EMC's North American sales channels and business
