Microsoft Introduces Windows 365 Monitoring and Reporting Platform
Microsoft has introduced a new monitoring and reporting platform for Windows 365, built into the Microsoft Intune admin center and now in public preview, aimed at improving visibility into cloud PC environments. The platform provides centralized insights into performance, usage and system health across Windows 365 deployments. IT administrators can use the tool to track metrics, identify issues and monitor user experience across distributed cloud PC environments.
Key features of the new platform include tenant-level connection health dashboards, user and device insights, configuration visuals and trends, outlier detection and actionable charts and data tables. The aim is to reduce reliance on data exports and external tooling. Windows 365 delivers cloud-hosted desktops that organizations use to support remote and hybrid work.
The new monitoring capabilities are designed to help IT teams better understand how these environments perform and respond more quickly to operational issues. The platform integrates with existing management tools, allowing organizations to incorporate monitoring and reporting into broader IT workflows. As adoption of cloud PCs grows, visibility into performance and user experience has become increasingly important. Windows 365 Enterprise customers can now access the new dashboards in the Microsoft Intune admin center.
