ISA Server 2004 Enterprise Edition Generally Available

Internet Security & Acceleration Server 2004 Enterprise Edition reached general availability on Tuesday. The product was released to manufacturing in mid-February.

Microsoft also released a service pack for the eight-month-old Standard Edition of ISA Server 2004. The service pack incorporates reliability and stability improvements Microsoft made while working on the Enterprise Edition. The download is available at

ISA Server 2004 is Microsoft's second-generation enterprise firewall, VPN and Web caching server.
