70-214, Implementing Security in Beta

One-week testing phase for MCSE elective exam starts today.

Beta testing for Exam 70-214, Implementing Security on a Windows 2000 Network, began today and will continue until Oct. 17. While in beta, the exam will be numbered 71-214.

An MCSE elective, Exam 70-214 tests a candidates "ability to implement and administer security and network infrastructures that use Windows 2000 and Active Directory," according to the exam objective guide posted at http://www.microsoft.com/traincert/exams/70-214.asp.
