CA Upgrades Antivirus Software

Computer Associates Int'l Inc. is shipping InoculateIT 6.0 for Windows, the company's enterprise antivirus software.

Enhancements include heuristics-based scanning technologies, policy enforcement mechanisms, real-time detection with automatic cure, incremental signature updates, zero downtime distribution and an LDAP-enabled data repository.

The software comes in two editions, Workgroup and Advanced.
