Ipswitch Announces WhatsUp Gold 6.0

Ipswitch Inc. announced the latest version of its network monitoring and management software, WhatsUp Gold 6.0.

WhatsUp Gold 6.0 greatly enhances the ability to diagram, draw, and manipulate network maps with the addition of vector-based graphics, drawing tools, customizable icons, and snap-to grid functionality.

Administrators can also isolate and resolve network problems faster with the new Log Manager tool. Additionally, the new SNMP Viewer tool now enables administrators to easily track variables associated with any port on a network device. New Web security features in WhatsUp Gold 6.0’s Web interface provide an added level of security.
