RSW Releases Testing Software for WAP

RSW Software Inc. released a testing solution for wireless applications, e-Test for WAP. Companies can use e-Test for WAP to perform functional testing, load testing, and monitoring of Internet access applications.

e-Test for WAP lets users record interactions with a WAP application using a PC-based phone simulator. The simulator enables users to access a WAP application from a PC. e-Test for WAP captures the interactions of a user accessing the application to record a Visual Script. The Visual Scripts are then used for functional and regression testing, load testing, and post-deployment monitoring of the application.

e-Test for WAP consists of three components: e-Tester for WAP, for regression and functional testing; e-Load for WAP, for load and stress testing; and e-Monitor for WAP, for post-deployment monitoring.
