Solutionsoft Releases Perl IDE Upgrade

Solutionsoft released Perl Builder 2.0, an upgrade to its integrated development environment (IDE) for the Perl programming language. Perl Builder 2.0 includes a programmer's editor integrated directly with a visual debugger, as well as tools that make it easy for non-programmers as well as experienced Perl developers to create and test Perl scripts.

Perl Builder 2.0 is available in Standard and Professional editions. Both include a CGI Wizard, as well as a full-featured debugger and code editor. The Professional edition includes support for Linux in addition to Windows, as well as added programming and debugging capabilities.
