SPQuery 3.0 can help keep track of hotfixes and service packs you've installed on your NT servers.

Keep track of hot fixes and service packs installed on your NT machines using MTE Software's SPQuery. The latest release is version 3.0, which, according to the company, is completely redesigned with a new interface, more reporting capabilities, automated hot fix downloads from Internet resources, and automated hot fix distribution to multiple machines, among others. The product is $189 for a one-machine license, and $595 for a corporate site license.
