Always-On VPN Equals Always-On Security
The security of a home network wherever you go.
As a force of habit, I usually don't check my bank statement when sitting at the local Starbucks with my laptop. It's not that I don't trust its network connection; it's that I don't trust it as much as my home or office network.
And while there's not a huge difference in threat levels between the Starbuck's connection and my home connection, I'd rather take a "better safe than sorry" approach when it comes to security.

For network managers, the idea of knowing that a universal connection with an established encryption and security protocol is reaching the end users wherever they go could also ease the tensions of integrating more and more mobile BYOD in the workforce.
