Greek Idiots Attack Microsoft Building

Three idiots drove a van straight into  the Greek Microsoft Headquarters, pulled weapons on security personnel and attempted to burn the largely concrete structure before fleeing. As a result, it is not clear which of the world's ills these morons are upset with.

What is clear is the Greek economy is in a heap of trouble, and a thriving company like Microsoft is only there to help. Not sure trying to drive it out of business is such a sharp plan.

This is the radical left in Greece. These loser communists in Greece have deamonized everything American, even the concept of profit. These losers want to see Greece away from the EU, the USA and NATO. They attack everything American. Many of us of Greek origin are sick and tired of these marginalized fanatic losers and their attempt converting Greece to a Mediterranean Cuba. The Greeks are not anti American. The losers are. The Greek American community thrives in America and we know first hand what America stands for. God Bless the United States of America. Regards, Leo M., Chicago

John of Canberra: morons like this don't have a clue how the USA manipulates the rest of world, and neither do you. Do you think the USA has some sort of "master plan" to take over the world or something? Heck, we can't even get our President off the golf course long enough to get him to propose a budget his own party will pass. Oh, and by the way, it's all Australia's fault. Canberra is to blame for this global mess. Yes, it's tinfoil hat time!

Those Greek idiots are about as stupid as the liberal idiots we have over here. And that's pretty stupid!

We could a learn a great deal from the GREEK IDIOTS. I'm not quite sure what, but I am sure it is a great deal. I think you've got it all wrong on not knowing why they are showing their displeasure with M$.. This was obviously a protest over the Metro run-time price to OEMs and the removal of Texas Hold'em from the ULTIMATE edition of Windows 7. ;)

In a ploy as old as nationalism, blaming outside powers for internal failures diverts attention from fundamental problems.

Maybe these "morons" are showing their displeasure at the way the US manipulates the rest of the world with its power, and maybe they see Microsoft as a symbol of that manipulation.

That'd be the same kind of people that complain about foreign corporations here. Think of it as another form of nationalism which is not far off from racism. They generalize that all foreigners are bad. So when a company that tries to ship jobs to the United States, by setting up a business in the U.S., they are seen as the enemy. We vilify them, perhaps boycott them, trying to drive them out, not realizing that in doing so, we just in essence pointed an economic gun at ourselves and pulled the trigger. Too many both outside and inside this country are still in denial about a world economy that we largely created.
