Companies are looking to Artificial Intelligence (AI) and specifically machine learning (ML) as a way to improve their businesses. While it is early in the adoption curve, companies must prepare now in order to successfully implement AI and ML in the future.
This paper is the second in a two-part series on the impact of AI on process automation. In the first, we examined this impact at a high level. In this paper, we take a closer look at ML specifically, and the actions organizations need to take today to prepare for a high-velocity AI-driven world.
