The end of guesswork: How integrated decisions build more confident retail plans
Date: Tuesday, March 31 at 11am PT / 2pm ET
Retail teams are drowning in data but starving for control. Despite massive investments in analytics, the day-to-day reality is still one of reactive fire drills and painful reconciliations that chip away at confidence and margin. The root cause isn't a lack of data; it's a broken operating model where disconnected decisions create compounding risk across the enterprise.
In this webinar, we'll provide a playbook for moving forward. We will explore how leading retailers are shifting from a linear, siloed process to a continuous operating rhythm — one that aligns financial, merchant, and supply chain decisions. Join us to learn how to empower your teams with the confidence to act decisively, turning your planning process from a source of friction into a true source of competitive advantage.
