ISA Server Exam Goes Live Feb. 27

Exam test for proficiency with .NET server product.

Fresh on the heels of its release of the newest .NET server product, ISA Server 2000, Microsoft announced that its Exam 70-227: Installing, Configuring, and Administering Microsoft Internet Security and Acceleration (ISA) Server 2000, Enterprise Edition, will be available Feb. 27. Registration for the exam begins Feb. 26 at select testing centers.

The exam, an MCSE elective option, tests for proficiency with ISA Server 2000 installation, configuration, deployment, troubleshooting, and management. Microsoft also recommends that candidates who plan to to tackle this exam have at least a year of experience implementing and administering network operating systems in multiple locations, and know VPN, internal and external Web hosting and firewall technologies.
