Current Ransomware Attacks & Strategies
Date: Friday, April 27th at 9 a.m. PT / 12 noon ET
Despite the Russian invasion of Ukraine and accelerated law enforcement activity against ransomware groups, the number of ransomware attacks continue to accelerate. There are now more than 60 active ransomware groups carrying out attacks, and there are all of the cottage industries, such as Initial Access Brokers, that have sprung up to support ransomware groups. How are ransomware groups carrying out attacks in 2022 and how are their tactics evolving?
This session will answer those questions and offer practical advice for those trying to defend their networks from these accelerated attacks.
