Tim Choban is director of network technologies at Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, managing eight network and systems engineers and maintaining the entire server and network infrastructure. Tim achieved his MCP while attending MCP TechMentor in San Diego.

Ken Pinson is a network engineer with PTC, maintaining a 75-server Windows NT domain including configuration, installation and problem resolution and managing storage area networks and network backup systems. Ken completed his MCSE on Windows 2000 at TechMentor.
