The Kansas Department of Information Systems and Communications provides cost-effective and efficient electronic information processing and technical management services to all Kansas agencies. These services include data processing, voice and data telecommunications and video communications. Steve Lassiter, an information systems consultant at Kansas DISC, is currently assisting the Web implementation within Kansas’ payroll operations, which will allow users to switch over to a browser-based application interface. He also aids in the administration of SQL, Tivoli and Exchange.
