Friday IT Fun: When the Internet Calls It Quits

With last week's outage of Amazon Web Services and the ongoing PlayStation Network issues, you're lucky I could find links that actually work for this edition. If you've found something you think other IT pros will appreciate, send an e-mail to [email protected] so we can include it in next week's edition. Also, keep up with us all week long on Twitter

  • It Only Doesn't (Penny-Arcade.com) - I don't know about you, but I'm suffering from withdrawals of 13-year-old gamers questioning my sexuality over the PlayStation Network.
  • Facebook Is Serious Business (Explosm.net) – Don't worry, nobody will judge you for liking this article.

  • Marker = Voided Warranty (Consumerist.com) – Just imagine what would have happened to that hard drive if he used a red Sharpie…

  • Still Not Working... (YouTube) – (NSFW: language) Personal info, gone. Ability to watch Hulu on TV, inactive. Multiplayer gaming, dead. But at least it's still better than reading a book.
