Friday IT Fun: Technology Can Be Dangerous

We at Redmondmag.com are not responsible for any injuries sustained while reading Friday IT Fun (our lawyers made us state this).  If you've found something you think other IT pros will appreciate, send an e-mail to [email protected] so we can include it in next week's edition. Also, keep up with us all week long on Twitter.

  • Applied Math (XKCD.com) - Math: Using logic to prove that the most logical concept isn't logical.
  • The 25 Most Creative Designer Resumes (Jobmo.co) – Apparently, attaching a note to a rock and throwing it through a potential employer's window doesn't work anymore.

  • Kinect Fail (Gizmodo.com) – New video game technologies like Kinect now make it possible to injure yourself worse by mimicking the sports activity than if you were to actually play the sport.

  • Why I don't Cook at Home (TheOatmeal.com) – I wish I could just have food delivered to me telepathically. Hitting all those digits and talking to an actual person is too much of a hassle.
