CertCities: "Braindump" Site Owner Sentenced
Robert Keppel to get prison time, ordered to pay half a million in restitution to Microsoft Corp.
Robert Keppel, the first "braindump" site owner to be criminally convicted for selling IT certification exam questions, was sentenced on Friday in federal court to 12 months and 1 day in prison and ordered to pay $500,000 in restitution to Microsoft Corp.
