Rainmaker Announces Enhanced Web-based Contract Management

Rainmaker Systems Inc. announced a new expansion of its Contracts
Renewals Plus (CRP) services for use by its clients’ enterprise-level and user
customers. The new service provides enterprise-level customers with Web access
for tracking, managing, and renewing their complex support contracts and
software subscriptions.
Using CRP, customers can vies all of their software subscription
and hardware maintenance contracts in a single location. CRP can manage
software subscriptions and hardware maintenance contracts that cross geographic
locations, have hundreds of individual seats, and have different expiration
dates.
The new functionality will operate between Rainmaker, its
clients, and its clients’ customers. Customers will be notified of the
availability of contract information via e-mail containing a Web link and
password.
