Oberon Announces Partnerships

EAI vendor Oberon Software announced two major e-business partnerships today, extending its reach into the integration space.
The first partnership is with Vignette Corp. (www.vignette.com). The e-business collaboration giant will bundle Oberon's (www.oberon.com) integration platform with its existing offerings.
Oberon next shook hands with Bluestone Software (www.bluestone.com) to include the Bluestone Sapphire/Web and the Bluestone XML Suite as part of Oberon's e-enterprise integration platform.
Oberon is a maker of several e-business, business-to-business and e-commerce products and solutions. Their products include Oberon Commerce Integrator, which delivers an e-business solution; Oberon Business Integrator, which enables transactions across corporate firewalls; and Prospero User Interface for Windows, which enables design, development, and debugging of integration solutions.
Bluestone Software's Sapphire/Web is an e-commerce Web server that supports XML. The XML Suite is a set of development tools for the XML environment.
The benefit of Oberon's alliances for e-businesses is that they deliver a platform for the controlled exchange of enterprise information through a complete infrastructure where Web-enabled, enterprise-class business applications are developed, deployed, integrated, and managed. -- Isaac Slepner
