Listening to Redmond Radio
Instructions for listening to Redmond Radio Webcasts.
To listen to Redmond Radio Webcasts, you should install Microsoft Windows Media Player version 6.0 or newer or any media player that can open a Windows .WMA file. (We may offer Webcasts in alternative formats at a future date.) Windows Media Player is added during a default "Typical" installation of the Windows desktop operating system. If it's not installed on your system, you can get it by clicking here.
If you're set with Windows Media Player, you can proceed to the next step. Go to the main Redmond Radio page to find the Webcast you want to listen to, then click on a title, which will launch Windows Media Player and begin streaming the audio to your computer.
Note: Because of some security and rights issues, we currently don't offer the capability to download files directly from our media server onto your computer. We're currently working on ways to enable this feature in a secure way and may do so in the future.
