A Better Task Manager?

This replacement adds thread and window management.

WinTasks 2000 3.10 is a replacement for the Windows 95/98/ME/2000 Task Manager. It features easy viewing and setting of process priority, as well as the ability to manipulate or kill multiple processes at one time.

WinTask 2000 offers a quicker way to manipulate processes than Windows 2000's Task Manager.

The Professional version adds thread management, window management, logging and printing capabilities. WinTasks itself is CPU-intensive, so you won't want to leave it running the way that you might do with Task Manager, but for a quick way to manipulate running processes it works well. A free download, with the Professional version being a $19.99 upgrade.
